This policy explains what information Verolution ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to verolution.ai and its pages. It does not cover services we provide under separate written agreements, which have their own terms.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the area you are interested in and your message, together with your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to you. Please do not include passwords, credentials or other sensitive personal data in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of each request. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

To protect the contact form from abuse, we limit how often it can be submitted. For this purpose your IP address is converted into a one-way, keyed hash; we do not store the IP address itself in our rate-limiting records, and those records expire within 24 hours.

Our application logs record operational events, such as whether an inquiry was delivered, without including the contents of your message, your name or your email address.

Analytics

If we enable website analytics, we use privacy-focused, cookieless tools that report aggregate usage — for example, which pages are visited and how quickly they load — without building profiles of individual visitors or tracking them across other websites.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting conversation or engagement;
  • operate, secure and maintain the website, including preventing spam and abuse;
  • understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and in operating and securing our website. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries — for example, website hosting, email delivery and spam protection. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the security of our services.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. Rate-limiting records expire within 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information. To make a request, contact us through our contact page. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We protect information in transit with encryption (HTTPS), restrict access to the people who need it, keep secrets out of our code and avoid logging personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date on this page.
